Innovative RGBW Status Lights with Multiple Lighting Functions in One Device

Our status lights utilize efficient RGBW LEDs, achieving high light intensity in a compact design. These lights are designed for the uniform illumination of machine or assembly cells. This illumination allows you to clearly indicate the operating status, process status, or operational status of work areas, workstations, machine or assembly cells, or systems using multiple colors, even over large areas and from a distance.

The integrated white light function with a 5700K color temperature also enables machine, work area, or workstation lighting. The white light is generated by an integrated, separate LED white light chip, producing a higher quality than RGB white light in an RGB mixed color. This results in a robust industrial light with a signaling function.

Our status lights are available as a universal tube light, rotatable by 350°, and made of impact-resistant polycarbonate. The diffuse polycarbonate tube offers a high degree of diffusion, ensuring a glare-free and homogeneous illuminated surface. The status indicator light achieves an IP67 protection rating, making it dustproof and waterproof.

Alternatively, status indicator lights for workspace applications are available in an aluminum system profile housing with a 40 mm x 80 mm slot and a fine prismatic, impact-resistant polycarbonate front lens. This design achieves an IP40 protection rating for dry environments. Our status indicator lights are available in various power classes from 12W to 48W at 24VDC operating voltage.

Connection is via a 5-pin M12 connector. Eight states can be selected using three control inputs. The available state or status colors are: red, green, blue, yellow, violet, white (5,700 K), and flashing red.
